Team Leader
- Facility Project Leader - Responsible for coordinating
the activities of both Technical and Functional Human Resources in the implementation
of TruTrack Time Management System. Architect of internal training structure to
direct internal training efforts prior to and during the rollout / implementation
phases.
- Facility Project Leader for the implementation of
the SSCC Corporate Initiative SAP General Ledger System. Specializing in analysis
of
bi-directional interface requirements between existing legacy feeder systems
and the new SAP GL. Coordinated the efforts of both Technical and Functional Human
Resources as well as representing the local Facility on Corporate Implementation
teams.
- Managed all aspects of migration from AS400 CISC
to AS400 RISC platform, including all data migration, security structure, hardware
upgrades and real-time conversion of production applications systems.
- Member of the SSCC Pontiac Facility Y2K Conversion
Committee which oversaw the successful planning and conversion of all computer related
systems within the Pontiac Facility, including Process Control and Business Applications
platforms.

Systems Support
- Responsible for all aspects of Systems Administration
for applications resident on an IBM AS400 Mid-Range Business System including Payroll,
Product Inventory, Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Maintenance Management
and Accounts Payable.
- Provided user support and operational management for
a now obviated Novell Netware Token Ring Network
- Provided user support and operational management for
Win Server environment, user support for MS Office Professional Suite desktop applications
including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, FrontPage2002 and user
support in an MS Exchange e-mail environment within a Corporate structured LAN/WAN
infrastructure
- Operational activities included client
installations, installation of hardware and software in a desktop environment, management
of a small ITD budget, coordination of activities for contractors and consultants
on out-sourced applications.
- Instructed users on operations of standard platform
software as well as internally developed application software

Systems Development
- Responsible for the conception, analysis, programming
and deployment of an automated Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning
system using MS Access
- Responsible for the development of various custom
data base applications to manage audit requirements for Certificates of Insurance,
Data Archival Repositories, Data Harvester/Migration Utilities, Labour Reporting
and Benchmarking
- Experience in systems integration techniques using
ODBC connectivity using MS Access to provide Front End capabilities over disparate
data base platforms
- Support for and participation in the deployment of
MS Sql Server data base applications

Operations Management are among the duties performed for this organization.

the tournament was disbanded, I developed a comprehensive data base management

As a member of the organizing committee for this major fund raising event,
I have developed a data base management system to handle registration as well as
day-of operational administrative functions.
Sears Ontario Drama Festival
Served as a member of the organizing committee for several Upper Ottawa Valley
District and Eastern Ontario Region Festivals, handling administrative duties.

Developed this website from conception to deployment and have handled the
ongoing support since inception (2000) to present.
